Dead Dehumidifier. Kenmore 35 Pint #54351.

I noticed ice forming on the coils, so I shut it off and let it thaw.  Now it will not power back on.  I cleaned the coils, air filter and water bucket, but still nothing when I turn up the dryness control.  Overload reset?   Thanks
