What Does The Eo -f2- Alarm Mean On A Kenmore Oven/range?

the alarm will come back on sometimes after pressing cancel button. the oven is about 10 years old

The "F2 - E0" error code means "Shorted keypad".
Remove power from the range, open the control panel and unplug the  membrane switch ribbon from the control board.
Reconnect power to the  range and observe for an hour.
If the error code reappear - replace the  control board.
If not - replace the membrane switch.
Why do you  want to test the door lock and the temperature sensor?
- The part number  for the control board is AP3174668
In order to provide the right part number  for the membrane switch I need the color of the control panel. Creds to:
