Kenmore Model Bg1732b 2 Burner Bbq
I recently contacted numerous Sears stores in trying to purchase the Kenmore Model BG1732B 2 Burner BBQ which is advertised on the internet for $149.98. Several stores have this item in stock and will not ship and/or the shipping is cost prohibitive. I remember when requesting an item from one Sears store to be shipped to another for pick-up was a common customer service. I am dissapointed with the amount of time I have spent trying to buy this item! Tried to contact the Kenmore manufacturer to see if they had any remaining in stock as this is a discontinued model. The phone number provided was a Sears representative and again no help. Thirty years ago my family only purchased Kenmore appliances through Sears. This has been an eye opening experiece and will search another manufacturer outside of Sears to purchase a BBQ.
