Door Lock Won't Release

Off/on works fine, controls seem to work, but when puased lock clicks 3 times repeatedly, but will not allow the door to open.

Can you manually open the door by unplugging the washer?? The door will not open sometimes when the water is not drained properly.. I've had this problem before too.. And, does your washer show an error code??
