I'm at a huge disadvantage because you haven't told us what happens when you try to log in. The following applies chiefly to a website's rejection of your password or email address.

I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.
For an email address that's not working, your Internet Service Provider may give you a solution. In the worst case you may have to use a different email address: Gmail will let you receive its mail at your current (other) mailbox.
It's possible the problem is on your end. If so, follow these steps:

In case the problem is on your end, first make sure you haven't disabled any scripts. Then if necessary:

Clear your cache. You'll find specific instructions for your particular browser at http://www.refreshyourcache.com/. Clearing cookies also could help, so you may want to do both. If the problem is not solved...
Restart your computer. If the problem is not solved...
