I Am Out Of Town And I Need To See A Doctor. I Don't Have My Medical Card.

You can see if they have doctors belonging to their network at the town you are visiting in the page above.
I couldn't locate any information about what is the protocol when a member doesn't have his/her card, but for questions regarding lost cards, they refer their website visitors to talk to their memeber support here:

You could probably get an answer there regarding your options.
