My New Mp3 Player Is Loaded, But Won't Play Anything.
I've loaded a number of songs onto my new Jensen SMP-2GBL MP3 player, but they come on the screen and don't play. It seems that they are on permanant pause. And nothing I try works to get them to play. Even pulling the battery for 1/2 an hour.
I also can't access the menus.
