How To Repair Wheels On 2007 Jeep Commander With Rocky Mtn Package.

I have a 2007 Jeep Commander with the Rocky Mtn Package - dark grey and silver wheels. I have many areas that are corroded and need touch up. Does any one know where to obtain paint codes?
