Jeep Grand Cherokee 2004 Vibrate When It Reaches To 90 Mph(135 Km/h).

My jeep grand cherokee 2004 vibrate when it reaches to 90 mph(135 km/m) and keep vibrating. Vobration is not too hard but still feel uncomfortable and noisee....   Any suggestions....
