Jabra Wave Does Not Work With Iphone 5

I'd need more information in order to troubleshoot the issue you may be having, but rest assured that the Jabra Wave will work fine with the Apple iPhone 5. If it was working fine but you just upgraded the iPhone's firmware, you may need to use the iPhone's "Reset Network Devices" function to get it to work. If it's not yet paired, you'll need to start with the Wave in pairing mode: Turn the unit ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until the Bluetooth status light is flashing constantly (without pauses). Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add the Wave as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
