I need to reset the pin on my Jabrawave bluetooth

Hmm... resetting the Jabra Wave and the Passkey for pairing are two different things. The pairing passkey is "0000" (four zeros).
To reset the Jabra Wave, start with the unit turned ON, then press and hold the answer/end and volume down buttons simlutaneously until the lights flash. When you turn the headset OFF and then ON again, it should start up in pairing mode.
