The Jabra Wave was discontinued a few years ago along with the end of manufacture of the device. It is doubtful that a Jabra Wave would still function properly if the battery has not been exercised regularly since it was manufactured. How do I reset my Jabra Wave?
Turn on your Jabra Wave.
Simultaneously press and hold the Volume down button and the Answer/end button for 5 seconds, until the battery icon and the Bluetooth icon flash 5 times.
Your Jabra Wave has now been reset, and you may turn it off.
