My Microphone Is Not Working

Yes that can be another reason.

Make sure that the microphone mute button on the headset is not activated.
Reset the Jabra SUPREME to factory settings you can turn the SUPREME on while pressing the VOL+ and Answer/end button for about 6 seconds . The next time you power on the Jabra SUPREME it will automatically go into pairing mode then pair it again. If this does not fix the problem' the mic may be dead or dirty.
