Jabra Stone2 Paired With Iphone 4s
Hi,
I've been using Jabra STONE2 paired with my iPhone 4 for months and I am very pleased with it. However, when I've changed my phone to an iPhone 4S, there is one major issue which I hope you can briefly guide me through on how to set it up properly.
When I was using my iPhone 4 with Jabra STONE2, everytime when someone calls, the phone rings, and so does the STONE2 headset, with "Call from ......" and the preset ringtone. However ever since I've changed to iPhone 4S, only the phone rings when someone calls, but the STONE2 headset only mentioned "Call from ........" without the preset ringtone. Is this normal? Why would it work with iPhone 4 but not iPhone 4S?

That's dependent on what the phone sends the headset more than the functions and capabilities of the headset. To be sure, however, it would be best to update the firmware in the Stone2. To do this, download the firmware (you'll need a PC, not yet available on Mac platform) from the following URL:

Install and run the program. You'll need to connect the Stone2 to the PC via a USB cable. Once this is done, you'll also need to repeat the pairing procedure. This should make it so that everything that should happen, does happen with regard to calling and ringing features.
