My Iphone Can Find The Stone2 But When I Try To Pair It It Says Failure? I Have

tried to turn on and off both with the blue and yellow light flashing? Why won't it work?

The Stone2 has to be in pairing mode. To get into this mode, turn the headset OFF (press and hold the answer/end button until the lights flash 4 times). Next, press and hold the answer/end button again and hold the button until the Bluetooth indicator light is flashing constantly - this is pairing mode. Once in this mode, turn ON Bluetooth in your iPhone and it will start searching for new devices. It should find and be able to pair with the Stone2.
