Sync Issues With My Iphone 4
my HFS003 will not sync with my iphone 4

You can try resetting the Jabra Journey by doing the following:
1) With the Journey turned ON, put it into pairing mode by long press on
the answer/end button
2) Then press Volume down button while holding your finger on
the answer/end button
You should be able to "find" and add the Journey as a new device from your iPhone's Bluetooth menu.
