Have Pbap Support No Name Annoucement.
My droidx supports pbap but my jabra journey will not announce names only numbers.

This is most likely due to the fact that the information stored in your contact list does not precisely match what caller ID is returning. You have to be sure that the phone number matches, exactly, including the area code.
