How Do I Pair My Phone To My Jabra Journey Bluetooth Device

To pair your phone with the Jabra Journey, you have to be sure that the Journey is in pairing mode first: Start with the Journey turned ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until the voice indicates that it's in pairing mode. Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add the Journey as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
