Jabra Journey Wont Pair Up With Htc

I'd suggest resetting the Jabra Journey to make sure it's set to the factory defaults. To do this, turn the unit ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode. Once in this mode, press the volume down and answer/end buttons again until you hear the higher tone. Turn the unit OFF and then ON again and it should start up in pairing mode.
