Next, I'd suggest resetting the Journey. Start by removing the Journey from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu.
To reset the Journey, start with the unit turned ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode. Next, press and hold the answer/end and volume down buttons until you see the light flash purple and the unit beeps.
You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone with the Jabra Journey again, but it should work fine after that.
