Answer/ignore Voice Control** Does Not Work On My Jabra Journey

If the microphone on your Jabra Journey works otherwise, the unit may not be recognizing your particular accent (if you have one) or it may just need to be reset. To reset the unit, remove the Journey from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Turn the Journey ON and then press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode. Then press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons simultaneously until you hear the tones. To verify that the unit has been reset, turn it OFF and then ON again - it should start up in pairing mode.
