How Do I Turn Up My Voice? Folks Can Barely Hear Me.

As you probably know, you can adjust the incoming volume by pressing the + and - buttons on the headset. You also use these buttons for the transmit volume of the headset. To get the buttons to adjust the transmit volume, simultaneously press the + and - buttons. Once you get into transmit mode, use the same buttons to adjust your transmit volume.
