Permanently Connects And Disconnects Back
Freeway is OK after initial pairing, but after the power off-on cycle it begins cycling of disconnects the phone and connects it back until reset and re-pairing. The latest firmware didn't resolve an issue. Phone is Galaxy S4.

I'd suggest resetting the Jabra Freeway. Start by removing the Freeway from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu.
Turn the Freeway ON, then simultaneously press the Answer/End, Voice and Mute buttons until you hear the tones. If you turn the unit OFF and then ON again, it should start up in pairing mode. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again.
