Jabra Drive Charging Issues/question

I am attempting to charge my Jabra Drive. When I plug it in the light comes on RED but after a short period of time the light goes off. The manual starts it will turn green when charging is complete but this never happens, it just goes off after less than a minute. I tried resetting the unit but it didn’t help. Is it charged? Is there any way to check/query the level of charge?

If the light on the Jabra Drive is flashing red, there's less than 30 minutes of talk time left in the battery. Otherwise, the light will just be red when the unit's charging.
