You have to make sure that the Jabra Cruiser is in pairing mode first. To do this, start with the Cruiser turned ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until the voice indicates "Pairing Mode." Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add the Cruiser as a new device from your iPhone's Bluetooth menu.
