When I Answer ,,calls Go Into My Voice Mail

I'd suggest resetting the headset. Start by removing the Jabra BT2080 from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Next, turn the BT2080 ON. Press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons until you see the lights flash and the headset will turn itself OFF. When you turn the headset ON again, it will be in pairing mode. Repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again and it should work fine.
