No Power No Lights
I have batteries, a battery charger along with a power cord direct to the camcorder. I get no light, nothing...

Thanks for the quick reply. i have tried cleaning the batteries (Retired Electronic tech) on both sets without success. I also have 2 different power supplies, neither working. This has been in storage for some time. I made sure the contacts were clean etc. No lights at all including charging. I was under the impression per the manual that you can run the camera without a battery in the slot just off the ac> Any other suggestions? Thanks again!

Take out the battery and clean the gold connectors. I had the same problem for months and finally I tried this and it worked perfectly afterward.
