Remove 'auto Date'

Hello, I am recording and burning on to a DVD at the same time. How do I remove the "AUTO Date Display" from the bottom right corner so it doesn't show-up in any recordings? Question 2: I also have the "REC EP" that displays on the top left corner. How do also remove that as well...
