Insignia Ns-mb15600
My insignia NS-MB15600 will not charge. One of 4 lights blinks blue continuously.

After you use the battery to charge your phone, you can press the battery button and it should show you on the LEDs how full the battery still is. When you connect it to the phone for a second time, does it charge at all? Have you tried to charge the phone using both USB ports on the charger?
Do you know when and where the battery was purchased? Do you still have the receipt?
