Tv Cycles On Then Flashes
My tv comes on then makes a buzzing noise and the screen lights up then goes. Black blue light on.

Try power cycling the TV: turn the TV off, unplug it and leave it unplugged for about a minute. Plug it back in, turn it on and restore settings back to factory defaults.
If you continue to experience issues, I would recommend seeking service repair, or replacement. Keep in mind that repairs may not be cost effective, and purchasing a new TV might be cheaper.
