No Sound

I cant get any sound from the Insignia HD radio. Its not on mute and its charged and no its not a headphone problem as the headphones work just fine on other devices.

Below the "hold" slider is a female plug labeled "reset." Simply bend a paperclip into the slot and your unit will fully reset.
