My Insignia Hd Radio That I Love Is All Of A Sudden Not Working

The radio is charged and power came on but nothing works, I can not change channels and do not get any sound........

Sorry for the late reply. I came across your problem as I was having the EXACT same issue with my HD portable. Anyway, I went to Insignia's website and downloaded the 44 page manual. Simple fix: Bend a paperclip and insert it into that tiny hole that says "reset" below the "Hold" slider. I know what you're thinking: It says "reset" but doesn't look to even be an operational component. That's what I thought but the second I inserted the paperclip, VOILA! Hope this helps future customers as our problem will happen to others when the unit stays in the car and gets overheated, develops a little moisture on it etc etc..

My insignia hd radio started up with the display upside down and inverted like looking at the display in a mirror.   The paper clip reset took care of it.
