In regards to your concern, I strongly recommend you to reset the device to factory
In case the issue remains, I will have to ask you to take the device to the place of purchase so a Geek Squad technician can check and repair or replace the unit for you. Please, just remember to take the receipt of purchase to validate the factory warranty.
