years ago, and those of us who had insightbb addresses did have to change to twc at that time. Both addresses worked for a while and then the insight addresses did stop working. But the emails from my list bounced *this week* as blocked when they were deliverable just two weeks ago. If it were related to TWC having bought Insight, they would have bounced a couple years ago, and as undeliverable, not blocked. So I guess I'm still stuck.

I think this will help you and somehow the emials bounced back bcz it is active till now.

Your insight email address will be active until June 2014 (or an extended period) which u can still use. The registration procedure for RR.com is as follows:

After your market transition, you must complete the TWC Internet Registration process which will help you:
