Really Loud Noise

My evolution insinkerator Model 56 makes a very loud noise when turned on. It usually starts out find, and then a few seconds into grinding, it almost sounds as if it's kicking into a super high gear. Makes very loud noise and vibrates. Motor seems to get very hot too.

The most likely cause is a blade that has broken lose or something metallic that has fallen into the impeller basket.
