Distance To Empty Indicator

the distance to empty indicator has disappeared, in its place is now the mpg indicator. how do I get the distance to empty indicator to return?

Press and release the RESET button. Don't hold it down unless you want to reset information. Just pressing the RESET button quickly will switch between the various displays.
