Apparently My Parking Break Is Being Intermittent. I Have Disconnected The Seat

i have disconnect the seat switch and I have battery power.When the mower is cold, I have to shake it up while in the seat. It will finally turn over. The best I can figure it's the brake switch. Can anyone tell me how to get to it and hot wire or remove it all together?Thank you
