How Much Oil When Empty?

You'll typically use approximately 15 to 18 ounces of oil in a Husqvarna walk or push mower, but check your owner's manual to verify your model's capacity. Position the funnel in the filler spout. Slowly pour the oil into the funnel, stopping every few ounces to check the oil level with the dip stick.
