Mower Deck Has Some Bad Weak Points, Will The Warranty Cover It?

The supposedly great manufactured deck has a big problem. If the anti scalp wheels hit anything more than 1.25" they don't lift the deck, instead they bend the deck and the anti scalp wheels go sideways. How many times do I have to bend the deck back into shape until it breaks?
