566xp Crank Locked Up

hi I have a 576xp great running saw but after about 2 months the saw crank locked up also i have 10 other saws but this was one of my favorites other than my 395xp that I had for 10yrs im very disapointed in this product and whats more disturbring is that i can' find the crank case on eBay to even try to fix the saw .I contacted the manufactor and like always it' not there falt and will not admit there poor product but comes out with a new version .until they stand behind there product and there word my company will not purchase another product that even start with the letter h on it.
