Bluetooth Connection

How do I connect my bluetooth with my Huawei 8652 when I go into settings and press wireless and hit bluetooth settings then scan for devices it scans but nothing comes up?

Greeting - please make that both devices' bluetooth is turned on and that they are both set on "visible to all" under device visibility.
