Greetings - First you need to make sure that your phone's APN is setup (check under > Settings > Wireless & Network > Mobile Network > Access Point Names) - if already setup, you should see your network service provider's name within the information available under 'Access Point Names'. If this is not the case, you will need to contact your service provider and have them walking you through the APN settings.
Secondly, you need to make sure that you have active data servive (you may also need to contact you service provider to have this service activated)
And lastly, when all is in place, just navigate to your phone browser and attempt to access the net (you should now be able to)
