Huawei Ascend Y600-u20 Stuck On Logo Screen
Huawei Ascend Y600-U20 stuck on Logo Screen, i tried to make hard reset but failed.

Have you tried the same hard reset procedure as the one here http://www.hard-reset.com/huawei-ascend-y600-hard-reset.html? If yes, then you will most likely be looking a either a hardware failure or a corrupt firmware (with the accompanying recovery partition). The latter is seemingly not very common.
