Incoming Caller Id

my huawei ascend y-300 does not show the name of my contacts calling me.how do i fix this

From home touch manu> Settings> Call Settings>Additional Settings> Caller Id & select " Network Default" you should get the incoming number displayed, if not then call your service provider or else it could be a phone problem then a hard reset will be required.
