How To Turn Off The Caller I.d. Annc. During A Call. It Decreases Volume Of Ring

When the phone starts to ring the caller I.D. voice cuts the volume of the ringtone after a few seconds and both the ringtone and the voice are too low to hear and I miss my calls.

Reset your phone then after that you must set your internet settings then call your service provider they will give you same instructions.
