Reduced Suction

I am having reduced suction on my Hoover FH50240. The lint traps are clean and everything is secure. The unit was working fine just before I maximized the dirty water container. Everything was rinsed out and refilled. I then went to clean another area and the cleaning tank will dispense but the suction will not pickup at all.
