Machine Will Not Dispense Water, It Will Dispense The Cleaner. F7411-900

I used this machine two days ago and now it will not dispense water, it will dispense the cleaning solution. I have cleaned the filter, brushes, etc. The bottom of the water tank will release water if I push it.  I have cleaned the lids to the water tank.
