Complaint About A Frdge/freezer Repair
requested a repair on monday 23/6/2014 engineer came on 26/6/2014 could not fix said needed new part and would be weeks before he could obtain parts they are not available in this country said som one would ring us .we are not very pleased with this service the customer is a 90year old lady living on her own and needs the appliance so as to preserve her food she is also suffering stress the lady is my sister/in/law and lives at 2 fitton avenue Chorlton cum hardy Manchester post code m21 7h2 I would appreciate it if you woul give this matter your urgent attention and advise me accordingly yours john stanway email
