reset and check

To reset the Honeywell HZ709 heater, follow these steps:

  1. Unplug the heater from the electrical outlet.
  2. Wait for at least 5 minutes to allow the internal components to cool down completely.
  3. Check the filter and clean it if necessary. A dirty filter can cause the heater to malfunction.
  4. Plug the heater back into the electrical outlet.
  5. Press the "Reset" button located on the control panel of the heater. The "Reset" button is typically labeled and may be located on the back or side of the heater.
  6. Turn the heater on and test it to see if it is working properly.

If the reset does not fix the issue, and the heater is still not functioning correctly, you may need to contact Honeywell customer support or a professional repair service for further assistance.
