We're at a huge disadvantage in trying to answer, in that (at this writing, at least) there's no indication of the model or even type of product about which you're inquiring! In general, if the power light does not display, there's probably no power going to the unit. This could be dues to a faulty electric outlet or an overloaded circuit or possibly an electrical flaw in the unit. Or you could have neglected to switch it on. Your first step should be to plug another appliance into the same outlet or plug this appliance into a different outlet. If your problem persists, please resubmit, identifying your product by model name and number.
UPDATE: This page now identifies the model. (This delay happens with HelpOwl questions from time to time, a bit too often.) According to the manual: The air purifier has safety features to ensure that the unit is ready for operation. Check to make sure both HEPA-type filters are installed flush to the air purifier. Check to make sure the rear cover is installed flush with the unit and is locked in place.
